Khama Billiat’s parents, Mustafo and Rosa Billiat were spotted watching a social soccer match organised to celebrate the birthday of their superstar son’s agent, Vokal Bakasa over the weekend.

The match pitted a Zimbabwean musicians team of superstars Freeman, Nutty O, Peter Moyo, EX Q, Guspy Warrior, King Shaddy (who is a former Dynamos junior) and Nesto (a co-director at division one side Golden Eagles), against former footballers.
The retired footballers’ team featured former Dynamos forward Evans Gwekwerere, Kaizer Chiefs defender Thomas Sweswe, Dynamos forward Norman Maroto, Caps United roving right back David Sengu and legendary Masimba Dinyero.
Bakasa is held in high esteem by the Billiat family. Billiat however, quit the Warriors in November 2021, just two months before the Warriors’ appearance at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals in Cameroon.
His last national team appearance was in a 1-1 draw vs Ethiopia in a 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier at the National Sports Stadium.
There were reported spirited efforts from different circles to persuade the Kaizer Chiefs forward to reconsider but it was all in vain.
Billiat’s father played football at Caps United but failed to break into the senior team. It is Khama’s uncle, Maxwell Cheche Billiat, who starred for Caps United and the Zimbabwe Warriors.
