“We’re delighted to announce that Agent Sawu has joined Kelvin Kaindu’s backroom staff as the second Assistant Coach,” Highlanders wrote.
Sawu brings a wealth of experience to the role, holding a CAF B license in coaching, UEFA certificate in Football Management, and a certificate in Soccer Management and Scouting.
Previously, he coached the Zimbabwe national team U-15 and U-17 sides, Bantu Rovers, Ntabazinduna FC and most recently Kwekwe United.
Sawu’s appointment comes just weeks after the Bulawayo giants named Try Ncube as Kaindu’s first assistant.
The duo will work alongside Kaindu to guide Bosso who are keen to end their title draught in the upcoming season.
