No doubt the headline fixture of match day 21, the “Bulawayo derby”, is scheduled for Barbourfields Stadium.
Bosso, who suffered their first defeat of the season last Saturday following a 2-0 loss away to defending champions FC Platinum in Zvishavane, will miss the services of Mushore and Mhindirira.
Playmaker Mushore, arguably Bosso’s outstanding attacking midfielder after 20 matches, is out due to suspension after accumulating three yellow cards.
On the other hand, the log leaders will likely take on the Gamecocks without their dynamic number eight, Mhindirira who reportedly sustained a knee injury at training before the FC Platinum game.
It is not the first time that the 2021/22 Soccer Star fo the Year finalist has been sidelined due to injury this campaign.
In May, he sustained a toe injury and spent a lengthy period out of action.
He missed a couple of games including the “Battle of Zimbabwe” against Bosso’s fierce rivals Dynamos on 25 May.
The highly-rated midfielder returned to action the field of play early August and only played a few games before the latesst setback.
He was introduced as a second half substitute when Amahlolanyama beat Bulawayo Chiefs 6-5 on penalties in the Chibuku Super Cup First Round match.
