Banda, who was used sparingly at Bosso told bhorafrika he was hoping for game time in a bid to regain the form that took him to FC Lupopo in DRC a couple of years back.
He signed a year long contract.
“I have signed a one year contract with ZPC Munyati,” said Banda.
“My hope is to get game time and regain my form. Last year l got injured and did not play too many games.”
Banda is one of three key players who were either released, sold or left Bosso in the off-season.
Vice Captain Nqobizitha Masuku is now in Botswana playing for log leaders Jwaneng while workaholic Adrian Silla moved to Caps United.
ZPC Munyati has always maintained hopes of playing in the topflight, home to ZPC Kariba a sister club.
Added Banda: “Coach Godfrey Tamirepi is one of the best. I am sure we are in good hands and hopefully we will be at the top come end of season.”
Banda has turned out for Bulawayo Chiefs and ZPC Kariba in the past.
He was part of the FC Lupopo side that turned tables against rivals TP Mazembe in DRC, breaking a ten year jinx in a match they were led by countryman Roderick Mutuma who scored and shone.
